How much does it cost?
$10.00

Is there a timeline to The Garden?
You may use your allotted garden plot(s) for one calendar year, or until April 2, 2024 whichever comes first.

How big are the plots?
They are 4ft x 5ft each. There is an area around the outside of the Garden that is available for shared-use.

What is included with the $10.00 cost?
Free access to soil, and auto watering determined by our Garden Host (one 30 min watering per day in the morning)

Are there any restrictions?
Yes, Any items planted for the production of CBD, THC, Alcohol or Tobacco will not be tolerated.
Yes, You are only permitted to plant inside your sectioned-plot.
Yes, only non-invasive species of fruits, vegetables, and/or flowers may be used.
Yes, You need to prove that you are a resident of Mission B.C.

Will I have 24/7 access to The Garden?
Yes, however the facility offices close during the evening and access to The Gardens is limited due to our Main Gate being locked. You are welcome to still park on the gravel easement at the Main Gate and walk back to your garden plot in the event that the facility is closed and the gate is locked.

Is there any security?
The garden is fully fenced and under video surveillance.

Does Northview take any responsibility for damaged, lost, or stolen items left behind or overlooked at The Garden?
No.

What do I need to supply myself?
Any seeds or starts that you want to grow, any gardening tools that you may need, and containers or bags to transport waste or items that you would like to take home. Any yard waste or compost can be disposed of on site. Don’t forget your gloves!
