Whether you’ve never been to church before, you attend Northview regularly, or you attend another church on the weekends–you are welcome here! Join us at one of our Bible studies. We offer a variety of weekly study opportunities, with occasional conferences and retreats to supplement the regular study of the Bible. All of our studies are expositional (working through a book of the Bible or section of a book sequentially) and inductive (asking a series of questions which help us observe, interpret, and apply the Biblical text).

Bible Studies

How to read your bible workshop

Whether you’re brand new to Christianity or have studied the Bible for years, this 5-week workshop is designed for you. Each week, we’ll gather to explore a different biblical text together, learning how to do the simple yet complex task of interpreting God’s Word.

Through discussion, practical study tools, and a little “detective work,” we’ll discover how people in the ancient Near East understood these writings—and how their meaning still speaks into our lives today.

Over the course of the workshop, we’ll explore a variety of biblical genres, including Old and New Testament narrative, prophecy, poetry, apocalyptic literature, and epistles. Join us on Monday evenings starting on May 25 at 7:00pm here at Northview Mission.

Ecclesiastes | Summer Study

This year’s Summer study will take us through the book of Ecclesiastes. Ecclesiastes is a raw and honest exploration of life’s meaning, purpose, and the search for lasting fulfillment. Together, we’ll wrestle with the questions and discover how God meets us in both the ordinary and the uncertain.

Whether you’re new to the Bible or have studied it for years, this is an invitation to reflect, grow, and find a deeper perspective for everyday life.

Spiritual Gifts | Women's Summer Study

Ladies, are you looking to stay engaged in the Word this summer, but not able to commit to a longer study? We have a 6-week option for you! Join us for our Spiritual Gifts study. Each of us has been uniquely equipped to serve the body of Christ, but sometimes we can feel unsure of what that actually looks like.

“God has called you and equipped you as a believer in Christ to serve His Church. As you study the spiritual gifts described in Scripture, you’ll discover how you, as a vital member of the church, have been uniquely gifted to glorify God and build up His people.”
