It is our desire to equip every student to develop as a leader and commit their lives to following Jesus Christ.

Our Middle School Youth is for those in grades 6-8. We meet weekly on Tuesdays from 6:30-8:30pm at our Mission Campus.

Youth will start back up on January 9th!

SHINE STILLWOOD RETREAT

APRIL 5-7, 2024

At SHINE, your next adventure is just a step away. Stillwood’s annual middle school retreat is full of awesome activities, epic games, great food and all sorts of moments set up for you to make the best memories possible. Join other campers as they draw nearer to Jesus this weekend, through incredible worship times, listening to an awesome speaker, and spending time with friends! The retreat runs from April 5-7, 2024 at Stillwood Camp. The cost is $150  + tax per camper.

Northview Middle School Youth Retreat

July 1-5, 2024

Embark on an unforgettable journey of faith, friendship, and fun at Camp Luther’s Northview Middle School Youth Camp from July 1 to 5! Led by Camp Luther staff and Northview Community Church’s youth pastors, it’s a week filled with faith, friendship, and fun.

Featuring Pastor Dan Sparrow and Pastor Josh Brown as speakers, enjoy wide games, chapel times, gameshows, and hilarious skits unraveling the mystery of God’s love. From archery to crafts to a 60-foot waterslide, there’s something for everyone! Camp Luther’s team ensures safety and fun with lifeguards, first aid, trained leaders, and more.

Open to students who are entering grade 6 through 8 this September. Students can choose overnight or day camp options, including a camp t-shirt, daily canteen, cabin photo, and more! Learn more and register here!

Middle School Youth is a weekly program at Northview’s Mission Campus. We will be meeting from 6:30-8:30 on Tuesday evenings.

We are here for the discipleship of young people in our church and community! We do this by equipping young people with the Word of God through authentic relationships for the purpose of engaging the culture that surrounds them.

Join us if you are interested in knowing more about Jesus, seeing His love in a powerful way, or if you just want to have fun!

Students do not need to register before attending, but will be required to check in at the beginning of the event.

G R O W

Is the Bible confusing for you to read? Join us bi-weekly on Sunday mornings from 9-10:15am to look at how to read the Bible. This study teaches middle school students how to read the various literary styles to understand what the biblical author wrote to their original audience. We will explore plot, character, setting poetry, prophecy, law, parables and so much more.

Students stay with their parents for the worship and when dismissed, head to their classroom upstairs. No registration required.

In Matthew 28:29-30, Jesus also commands his disciples to GO out into all the world & to make disciples of all nations. At Northview Mission Youth Ministry we strive to encourage every student to do the same –  to go out to their communities, schools, workplaces and make disciples of Jesus Christ. We believe our role as a church is not only to gather people but to encourage them to scatter into the whole world, both locally and globally.

MEET PASTOR JOSH

Hi, my name is Josh Brown and I am the Youth Pastor here at Northview Mission Campus. I have a Bachelors of Arts in Youth Work from Columbia Bible College. I am married to my wife, Janaya, and I love Jesus, my wife, God’s word, and connecting with young people!

My mission within youth ministry is to equip students as genuine disciples of Jesus Christ, empower them as leaders to teach and preach the Gospel, and encourage them through both relationships and prayer, towards the transformative love and grace of Christ Jesus. I so look forward to connecting and partnering with you to further encourage your child towards Jesus.
